1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 8k84, accessing the website at 8k84.cam, or using any functionality provided by the Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with 8k84 Casino. These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of your relationship with the Platform, including but not limited to account creation, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonuses, promotions, disputes, and account termination.

You acknowledge that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and that you meet the minimum age requirement of twenty-one (21) years as mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account with 8k84, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. 8k84 employs age verification procedures, including mandatory submission of valid Philippine government-issued identification documents, to ensure compliance.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted by court order are prohibited from using the Platform.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must be physically located within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and during any use of the Platform. 8k84 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account with 8k84. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Prohibited Categories: The following categories of persons are expressly prohibited from registering or using the Platform: employees of 8k84 and their immediate family members; employees of PAGCOR and other Philippine gaming regulatory bodies; persons listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 8k84 or PAGCOR; and persons with outstanding debts or unresolved disputes with 8k84.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must also create a secure password and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policies. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for account suspension or termination.

8k84 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of your account and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 8k84 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and you must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to immediately notify 8k84 Customer Support if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 8k84 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account if such use was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate security or your sharing of credentials with third parties.

All activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, are your sole responsibility. 8k84 will assume that any person accessing your account using your valid credentials is you or is authorized by you to act on your behalf.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the 8k84 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The Platform supports multiple payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and other methods as specified in the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits: When you make a deposit to your 8k84 account, the funds are credited to your account balance and become available for wagering on any game or service offered on the Platform. Deposits are generally processed instantly for e-wallet methods such as GCash and Maya. 5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates, which are disclosed at the time of the offer.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the 8k84 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to independent random number generator (RNG) certification. 8k84 does not control or influence the outcome of any game. All game results are determined by certified RNG algorithms that ensure fairness and randomness.

By placing a wager on any game, you accept the outcome of that game as final and binding. Once a game round is complete and the result is displayed, it cannot be reversed or disputed except in cases of confirmed technical malfunction or software error, which must be reported to 8k84 Customer Support immediately.

Prohibited Conduct: The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Using VPN or proxy services to disguise your location or evade jurisdictional restrictions;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or 8k84 staff.

8k84 employs sophisticated monitoring and fraud detection systems. Any suspicious activity will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken, which may include account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

7 Responsible Gaming

The 8k84 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8k84 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8k84 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable; (c) the quality of any games, services, information, or other material obtained through the Platform will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8k84 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform; (iv) any bugs, viruses, or the like transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable Philippine law.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

8k84 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested;
• Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity;
• Failure to meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years;
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crimes;
• Extended period of account inactivity as defined in our account policies;
• Request by the player for account closure;
• Order or directive from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

Upon termination of your account, any genuine funds in your account balance that are not subject to active wagering requirements or withheld pending investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures. 8k84 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Platform.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 8k84 Customer Support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcome, and your remaining balance will be returned to you.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint regarding the Platform, you should first contact 8k84 Customer Support via live chat or email at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 8k84 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through their official complaints channel.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure may be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), whose award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court.

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific terms applicable to particular promotions or games, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8k84 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
